Foster Advocates seeks a relationship-driven, strategic, and community-centered Advocacy and Engagement Program Coordinator to sit at the center of our movement infrastructure. This full-time role carries three connected areas of responsibility: convening coalition work for Minnesota Promise related initiatives, coordinating our community engagement and systems change advocacy program, and supporting organizational sustainability through development work.

Half of this role is dedicated to coalition convening — holding the relationships, cadence, and shared strategy that move our priorities forward with partners across the field. The work is grounded in the Minnesota Promise, our Foster-led listening and systems change campaign built on three years of human-centered co-design with more than 120 Fosters across every region of Minnesota.
